Delivery
- oDeliver courier: usually 2–3 business days. The driver contacts you to arrange the drop-off.
- Fi Couriers: sent out weekly, usually 2–7 business days. We call to confirm your details first.
- TTpost: 2–10 business days, trackable on ttpost.net.
- Times can run longer over Christmas, New Year and other holidays.
Returns & exchanges
- Exchange within 14 business days with your Fi receipt, with the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges in store are free. Exchanges by delivery carry a delivery fee for your area.
- Refunds are for manufacturing defects only, such as tears, stains or missing parts. Delivery fees are not refunded.
